“Dino” Don
Don Lessem is one of the world’s leading presenters of dinosaurs, the author of 40 books of natural history and adviser to Stephen Spielberg’s Jurassic Park. Mr. Lessem has excavated and reconstructed the world’s largest meat-eating and plant-eating dinosaurs in Patagonia and Mongolia. He creates giant touring exhibitions, is host and creator of NOVA documentaries, and adviser to Universal Studios and Disney theme parks. The Argentine dinosaur, Lessemsaurus, was named in honor of his contributions to dinosaur research.
Joey
Joey has been in the entertainment and theming world for over two decades. He is well versed in the logistics and management that is necessary to successfully bring an experience to life and has harnessed the art of balancing project demands and client relationships for simultaneous projects. And he loves dinosaurs!
Kirstin
Kirstin is a versatile creative that shares in our love of dinosaurs and has an impressive array of skills. She has a BFA in Illustration from the University of the Arts, and has experience working creatively, with social media and in customer service.
Reba
Having installed and maintained robotic dinosaur exhibits all over the world for over 7 years, Reba combines mechanical skills with a lifelong interest in sculpting and painting to keep Dino Don’s creatures looking their best year after year. On any day, you may find Reba giving a raptor a full-body paint job, coating a balding wooly mammoth in a fresh pelt of shaggy hair, or bolting frames together with the Dino Don crew to transform a heap of jumbled body parts into a towering,100-foot Argentinosaurus.
Amanda
Amanda has been in the theatre and event world for as long as she can remember. With a BFA in Stage Management from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts and has over 10 years professionally in the events industry, Amanda is well-versed in operations & logistics for our teams. Working closely with our core team, Amanda coordinates schedules, liaises with clients, assists with budgeting and much more.
Andrew
Andrew is an artist with a lifelong passion for science, nature, and especially dinosaurs. He studied illustration at Grand Valley State University in Michigan, before moving to China to become an English Second Language teacher. Now he works with Dino Don, Inc. to design the mechanical frames for the dinosaurs and their outward appearance. Andrew plays a key role in ensuring that the final animatronics represent the most current scientific understanding about each of the dinosaurs.
Jenna
With over a decade of experience in the event entertainment industry, Jenna brings a wealth of knowledge to her role in operations. Holding a BA in Theater Arts Administration, she has experience from hands-on technical work to administrative management. She coordinates bookings and logistics, ensuring that every project runs smoothly.

Tina
With over 23 years of dedicated experience in the realms of Accounting, Tina brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every endeavor. Graduating from the esteemed Barnell Institute, Tina’s academic foundation combined with her extensive professional background has fortified her with a keen eye for detail and an unparalleled commitment to precision.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Tina finds joy in exploring the world through travel, discovering new literary adventures through reading, and cherishing moments spent with her beloved family.
